How does subscription cancellation work?
Cancellation of a subscription can be done at any time during the current month of your subscription. This gives you the opportunity to benefit from our services until the end of the month.

How quickly can I receive the results of my security audit?
From the confirmation of your audit order (change from "Pending" to "Work in progress"), a deadline of 72 hours applies for so-called "simple" audits. However, this period may be extended:
- Period of high demand
- Lack of staff
- Complex audits
- Reasons beyond our control
